The ISEE Synonyms section rewards the words you truly own. This bank turns 300 target words into something you build up gradually — starting from roots you already know and stretching to new words that share their DNA. Mark each word as you go, and watch your green pile grow.
The method
How to attack any word (2 moves)
You don't have to already know a word to answer it. Use these two moves — and whenever you miss one in the games, the bank will highlight these exact clues for you so you can see the path you missed.
Break it into parts
Most hard words are built from roots and prefixes you already know. The parts leak the meaning.
Read the clue words
When the word sits in a sentence, specific words around it point to the meaning. Hunt for them.
